- Must be an Allē Member to purchase and redeem gift cards.
- Each gift card can be redeemed for $50 off a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment at participating Allē provider offices only.
- Limit one BOTOX® Cosmetic Day Buy One, Get One Free Gift Card Offer purchase per Member.
