⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently went on vacation and ended up feeling quite unwell upon returning home. After a grueling 14-hour flight, I was dehydrated, had a persistent headache, and felt utterly drained. I discovered Renu Med Lounge in Studio City and decided to try their IV drip service. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and provided a VIP level of care. Dr. Sylvia, in particular, stood out for her dedication. Even though she wasn’t there when I first arrived, she returned specifically to check on me once she learned about my condition. If I could award Michelin stars to a medical spa, Renu Med Lounge would undoubtedly receive them. The combination of the beautiful ambiance, top-notch professionalism, and the nurturing care from all the staff makes this place truly special. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning as a regular customer. This was my first experience at a med spa and it has been a pleasure. Sylvia Ashour has been attentive, informative and compassionate. She's very patient and takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable. I've never felt pressure to add any more services than I request and the entire staff is lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renu to anyone looking for a great med lounge experience. Dr Sylvia is a magician. We absolutely adore coming to see her, she always gives you the time of day and explains everything so thoroughly. She made me feel at ease with my procedure and did such a wonderful job. She was caring and very gentle during the procedure; I barely felt the needles. Hands down the best experience and the best med spa in Studio City for Morpheus 8, IV Vitamin Therapy, Botox/Dysport and fillers. I highly recommend! Renu Med Lounge has quickly become my go-to spot for all things beauty related! The facility is absolutely stunning and so welcoming. Dr. Sylvia is honest, knowledgeable and sweet. She will give you feedback on your questions and concerns and won't try to upsell you on services that aren't necessary. I've done IPL and laser hair removal with Mari and she is the best! She knows her stuff and walks you through the entire process, making sure you're comfortable every step of the way. I love my results so far and can't wait to explore their other services. Their prices are in line with other Med spas, but their service and attention to detail is above all else! I love coming here for IV drip and Morpheus8. The staff is so sweet and Dr Sylvia is absolutely amazing, she's the sweetest ever and so good at what she does. I usually get IV with Glutathione and sometimes I add Vitamin C. I go with a friend so that we can enjoy sitting outside while getting our IV's. It's SO serene and relaxing. Highly recommend for all your beauty needs. Incredible place & service led by doctors.
